AUKEY Australia Warranty Policy

This warranty applies to genuine AUKEY products purchased from aukey.au, provided they are in new, unopened, and unaltered condition.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To request a replacement under this warranty for products purchased within Australia, please submit a warranty request here.

When submitting your claim, please ensure you provide a valid proof of purchase that clearly shows:

  • The original purchase date

  • Product name and/or model number

  • Place of purchase

Warranty Coverage Period

AUKEY warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase by the first retail customer.

If a defect arises during the warranty period, AUKEY will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the product at no charge for parts or labour.

Replacement & Product Availability

If the original product model is no longer available:

  • AUKEY may replace it with a current model of equal or greater value.

  • If no identical or similar model is available, you will have the choice of:

    • 100% store credit, or

    • 50% partial refund of the original purchase price.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping costs for warranty claims may apply and will be communicated during the claim process.

  • This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Products without valid proof of purchase.

  • Use of the product with third-party accessories not approved by AUKEY.
